these terms govern only Aeon Arena's authenticated V3 pre-access waiting room and release updates. they do not open or describe the broader V3 product.
1. acceptance and consent
by using the waiting room, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the pre-access privacy notice. subscribing to updates requires a separate explicit, versioned consent and confirmation.
if you do not agree, do not submit or confirm a request. simply visiting the page does not subscribe you.
2. identity verification
email link, Google, and Apple verification use Firebase Authentication. verification may create a Firebase sign-in credential and UID or reuse an existing UID. equal email addresses do not authorize Aeon to merge identities.
confirmation creates no V3 actor, handle, Profile, Mark, Record, Season entry, competition identity, access grant, gameplay access, or entry.
3. what pre-access means
a confirmed request means only that Aeon may send V3 pre-access and release updates for the stated purpose while the consent remains current. it is not a promise of admission, timing, product availability, functionality, access priority, or continued service.
there is no queue position, queue game, personal referral reward, purchase, deposit, wager, competition entry, Prize eligibility, rank, or public profile in this waiting-room flow.
4. acceptable use
do not automate requests, evade rate or spam controls, interfere with the service, submit another person's address without authority, misuse confirmation links, probe protected systems, or use the waiting room for unlawful activity.
Aeon may suppress, refuse, or delete abusive, duplicate, unverifiable, or unsafe requests without revealing whether a particular identity is already present.
5. communications and deletion
after identity verification and explicit consent, Aeon sends one separate confirmation message through Resend. the website is the only authority for confirmed state. links are one-time and expire.
you may delete the waiting-room request by returning to the pre-access identity page, verifying the same Firebase identity, and choosing the deletion action. deletion removes the waiting-room record; it does not silently merge identities or delete the underlying Firebase credential.
6. availability and changes
the waiting room is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Aeon may hold signup, confirmation email, or the public root independently for security, privacy, reliability, legal, or operational reasons.
material purpose or notice changes require a fixed new version for review and consent. broader V3 gameplay, sources, competitions, rewards, marketplace, and public product access are outside these terms.
7. intellectual property and liability
the waiting-room site, Aeon name, visual design, text, and software are owned by Aeon Arena LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. these terms grant only permission to use the waiting room for its intended purpose.
to the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeon Arena LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use this waiting-room service.
