by accessing our platform, creating an account, or using our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these terms and our privacy policy. if you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our platform. by using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

aeon arena is a free-to-play platform designed for entertainment, education, and informational purposes only. all activities, including but not limited to the sandbox and official arenas, are conducted using virtual funds that have no monetary or real-world value.

you acknowledge that this is not a gambling, wagering, or real-money service. any prizes or rewards are offered as part of a skill-based competition and are governed by the specific rules of each event.

you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your password, and for any activities or actions under your account. you agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

platform content: all content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software (excluding user content), is the property of Aeon Arena LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

user content: you retain all ownership rights to the original content you submit to the platform, such as intel published in the marketplace ("user content").

license to us: by submitting user content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your user content in connection with the platform and our business.

prohibited content: you agree not to submit any content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing on any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights), or otherwise objectionable. **submitting content copied or stolen from other creators or websites is a direct violation of these terms.**

responsibility: you are solely responsible for your user content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. we do not endorse any user content and expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with it.

you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• exploiting bugs, using unauthorized third-party software, or manipulating platform mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.
• creating multiple accounts for a single individual to abuse promotions, leaderboards, or competition rules.
• harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• submitting plagiarized, stolen, or copyrighted content to the intel marketplace or any other part of the platform.
• impersonating another person or entity.

we may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. all provisions of the terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. Aeon Arena LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

in no event shall Aeon Arena LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

these terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aeon Arena LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. if a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. what constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
